 25 Oct. Hawker Hurricane L1717. Sgt Waskiewicz. Church Fenton. Belly-landed during a training flight. Pilot safe.
 13 Nov. Hawker Hurricane V6950 (UZ-T) P/O B. Bielkiewicz. Damaged by a return fire of He111 and forcelanded near  Coventry. Pilot safe.
 22 Nov. Hawker Hurricane V6949. S/Ldr T. Rolski. Sustained 60 % damage during landing on an unsuitable airfield.
 26 Nov. Hawker Hurricane V7533. S/Ldr D. Scott. Lost in a mid air collision over Ternhill with Avro Anson. Pilot injured.
 27 Nov. Hawker Hurricane L1717. P/O A. Pietruszka. Pilot bailed out with minor injuries after a/c engine caught fire during  training flight.
 8 Dec. Hawker Hurricane P3938. P/O K. Rutkowski. Force-landed after a/c engine caught fire - written off. Pilot sustained  serious burns.
 24 Dec. Hawker Hurricane V6992. F/Lt H. W. Tennant KAS. Crashed in a thick fog near Ternhill.

 13 Feb. Hawker Hurricane V6946 (UZ-Q) Sgt W. Jasinski. Crashed during landing at Ternhill, following a night patrol. Pilot  injured.

 24 Jul. Supermarine Spitfire II P8549 (UZ-K) F/O S. Skalski. Sustained 30 % damage during mid landing at RAF Redhill  before Circus operation over France.

 14 Aug. Supermarine Spitfire II P8466 (UZ-Z) S/Ldr J. Zaremba KIA Shot down by a fighter over Booltezeele, France  during escort mission.

 16 Aug. Supermarine Spitfire V AB993 (UZ-S) Sgt S. Wieprzkowicz. KIA Shot down by a Bf109 near St. Omer during a  Fighter Sweep.
 17 Aug. Supermarine Spitfire V ? ?. P/O C. Daszuta. POW Shot down by a fighter during Circus 95. 
 5 Dec. Supermarine Spitfire V P7749 (UZ-B) Sgt O. Pudrycki. KAS Crashed in adverse weather during a training flight near  Squires Gate.
 30 Dec. Supermarine Spitfire V W3945 (UZ-H) F/Lt S. Zielinski. KIA Shot down by a fighter near Brest during operation  "Veracity".
1942
 9 Feb. Supermarine Spitfire V AA872 (UZ-S) F/Lt S. Skalski. Collided with a fuel browser and damaged during taxing at  Bolt Head following a non-operational flight.
 15 Mar. Supermarine Spitfire V AA859 (UZ-Z) F/O R. Malczewski. Crashed near Bold Head when unit met adverse  weather conditions upon returning from Circus 117. Pilot safe. A/c written off.
 26 Mar. Supermarine Spitfire V W3827 (UZ-P) F/Lt K. Rutkowski. With injuries pilot baled out following engine failure  during a routine patrol near Church Stanton.
 14 Apr. Supermarine Spitfire V AA860 (UZ-M) F/Sgt J. Smigielski. Belly-landed at Tangmere (refueling) during Circus  123. A/c 40 % damaged.

 1 May. Supermarine Spitfire V R6776 (UZ-Y) Bombed and written off after a German attack on Bolt Head where the 306  Flight was at readiness.
 26 Jun. Supermarine Spitfire V BL532 (UZ-L) F/O S. Kedzierski. Returning from Circus 195, a/c veered off the runway at  Northolt. A/c written off, pilot injured. 
 30 Jun. Supermarine Spitfire V AA847 (UZ-V) Sgt W. Jasinski. Damaged during landing on the unprepared airstrip at  Croydon. Pilot safe.

AD591 (UZ-M) Sgt S. Czachla. Ran out of fuel returning from patrol over Dieppe (Jubilee)  and crash-landed at residential area of Northolt. Pilot injured.


Although his Spitfire damaged few houses in a row, Sgt Czachla escaped that crash with only minor injuries.

 21 Oct. Supermarine Spitfire IX BS452 (UZ-K) S/Ldr K. Rutkowski. Mistakenly not refueled at mid landing (Harrowbeer,  return from Circus 228), was forcelanded at Northolt. A/c 70% damage. Pilot injured.
 8 Nov. Supermarine Spitfire IX BS432 (UZ-C) Sgt Z. Rozworski. KIA Probably shot down by flak over crossing the  French coast while returning from Circus 235.
 18 Nov. Supermarine Spitfire IX BS438 (UZ-N) P/O W. Benoit. KIA Flew into a balloon barrage at Woolwich (London)  while returning from the operation over France.
 30 Nov. Supermarine Spitfire IX BS431. Damaged during servicing when unsecured a/c taxied by itself into a hangar wall. A/c  sustained 20 % damage.
 31 Dec. Supermarine Spitfire IX BS455 (UZ-B) F/Lt J. Gil. KIA Shot down by enemy fighter over the channel during a  Fighter Sweep near Le Touquet.

 20 Mar. Supermarine Spitfire V BL642. S/Ldr W. Karwowski. Damaged during landing at Kirton-in-Lindsey. Pilot safe.
 27 Sep.  Supermarine Spitfire V EE683 (UZ-V) F/Sgt A. Bondarczuk. KIA Shot down over the channel by a fighter during  escort mission.
 28 Dec. Supermarine Spitfire V BL905 (UZ-T) F/O K. Marschall. Forcelanded due to engine failure at Llanbedr (Wales).  A/c written off. Pilot sustained minor injuries.

 4 Apr. North American Mustang III FX881. F/Lt W. Szajda. KAS Crahsed as engine quit on take-off from Aston Down.  A/c caught fire and burned down with the pilot trapped inside.
 21 Apr. North American Mustang III FB100 (UZ-P) Sgt K. Osielaniec. KAS Undershot Coolham.
 30 May. North American Mustang III FX979 (UZ-A) F/O C. Oberdak. MIA Damaged by flak force-landed near Zwolle  (Holland).  Pilot first evaded capture, then his proceedings were unknown. He was captured and executed by Germans.
 7 Jun. North American Mustang III FZ189 (UZ-S) F/Lt B. Geca. KIADestroyed by explosion of its own bomb hit by  Bf109 over Blangyie-Ghâmeati (Normandy).
