 29 Nov. Spitfire V W3968 F/O Wojcik KAS Scramble. Crashed near Princetown Dartmoor in adverse weather.
 1 Dec. Spitfire V AD372 P/O Pucek.Scramble. Crashed with engine failure at Exeter. Pilot injured. SOC.
 18 Dec. Spitfire V AA941 F/O Sikorski KAS Collided with V3425 on a take-off from Exeter. SOC.
 30 Dec. Spitfire V AD306 Sgt Baranowski. Forcelanded near Bolt Head shor of furel. SOC.
1942
 7 Mar. Spitfire V P8564 (JH-X) Sgt Koscik KAS Patrol. Crashed with engine failure near Malborourgh (Devon).
 15 Mar. Spitfire V BL805 (JH-N) S/Ldr Brzezinski KAS Circus. Crashed against shore rock near Bold Head, attempting to  land without fuel and in a dense fog.
                SpitfireV AD351 (JH-L) Sgt Grobelny. Collided with AD350 after forced landing. Pilot safe. SOC.
                SpitfireV AD350 (JH-H) F/O Mencel. Collided with AD351 after forced landing. Pilot safe. SOC.
                SpitfireV AR279 (JH-F) F/O Hrycak. Baled out aircraft SOC.
                SpitfireV AD308 (JH-T) F/O Lukaszewicz. Crashlanded at Bold Head in dense fog. Pilot safe. SOC.
 14 Apr. SpitfireV AR329 (JH-R) Sgt Olszewski KIA Shot down by FW190 2 miles off Calais.
 28 Apr. SpitfireV AD361 (JH-X) P/O Borusiewicz KIA Circus. Shot down by a German fighter near the French coast.
 29 Apr. SpitfireV AR332 (JH-S) S/Ldr Ozyra KIA Circus 145. Shot down by German fighters over the channel off Camiers.
 29 Jul. SpitfireV V8515 (JH-R) P/O Slomski KIA Rhubarb. Crashed into the Channel, probably hit by flak over the coast.
 28 Dec. SpitfireV AD230 (JH-M) F/O Pucek. KAS Crashed in heavy fog near Blackpool during low flying exercise.

 31 Mar. SpitfireV AR431 (JH-Y) F/O Kierski KAS Training flight and pilot's error. Crashed near Finningley (Yorkshire).
 5 Apr. Tiger "Moth” T7458 F/Sgt Handzelka KAS Sgt Makowski KAS For unknown reasons a/c crashed at Coltishall  (Norfolk), killing both pilots.
 12 May. SpitfireV AD124 (JH-G) F/O Elmerych KAS Patrol. Pilot's errror, crashed into the sea near Levistone-in-Sea.
 24 Jun. SpitfireV EP360 Sgt Kostanski KIA Circus. Shot down by FW190 over the Channel.
 16 July. SpitfireV FE654 (JH-F) F/O Ciach KAS For unknown reasons crashed 7 miles south off Lizard Point (Cornwall).
 26 Jul. Spitfire V EP328 F/O Felc POW Ramrod. Shot down by FW190's.
             Spitfire V AD137 F/Sgt Bartys POW As above.
 3 Aug. Spitfire V EE717 P/O Makowski KIA Abandoned after being damaged by flak N of Brest.
 11 Sep. Spitfire V BL406 F/O Kurowicki KIA Circus. Shot down by FW190 near Villers-Edalle (France).
1944
 14 Feb. Spitfire IX MH870 Sgt Weyman POW Ramrod 552. Developed engine trouble and forcelanded in Abbeville area.
 18 May. Spitfire IX ML275 (JH-B) F/Lt Adamek KIA Ranger. Damaged by flak then abandoned off Beachy Head.
 28 May. Spitfire IX MJ934 (JH-N) F/Lt Pentz POW  Ramrod 938. Hit by flak and crashlanded near Bois de Crecy.
 7 Jun. Spitfire IX ML310 (JH-J) F/Lt Paley POW  Low cover patrol (Neptune). Abandoned with engine cut.
 12 Jun. Spitfire IX ML130 (JH-C) F/Sgt E. Malinowski. Crashlanded with engine cut at Colombieres. Pilot safe and evaded.
 20 Jun. Spitfire IX ML198 (JH-T) F/Sgt Winski. Low cover patrol. Forcelanded in the allied territory, damaged by FW190.  Pilot safe.
 8 Aug.  Spitfire IX NH191 (JH-M) F/Sgt E. Malinowski. Shot down by flak dive bombing barges on the Seine. Pilot safe.
 11 Aug. Spitfire IX ML192 (JH-P) F/Sgt Pawlowski KIA Armed Recce. Shot down by flak near Falais.
 27 Aug. Spitfire IX NH365 (JH-A) S/Ldr Gnys. Armed Recce. Shot down by flak over Seine. Taken POW but rescued by  the Maquis.
 16 Sep. Spitfire IX ML128 (JH-W) W/O Lewczynski KIA Armed Recce. Shot down by flak near Rotterdam.
              Spitfire IX MK943 F/Sgt LakomyArmed Recce. Pilot safe after forcelanding following flak damage.
 29 Oct. Spitfire IX MJ551 (JH-A) F/Lt Krzeminski KIA Crashlanded at St. Denis Westrem, flak damaged over Walcheren.
 8 Nov. Spitfire IX MK963 (JH-S) F/Lt Mroczyk. Armed recce. Shot down during strafing run. Pilot returned later to the unit.
 18 Dec. Spitfire IX NH492 F/O Watorowski KAS Lost in a mid-air collision over Port Talbot, during a training flight. 
1945
 1 Jan. Spitfire IX MK190 (JH-P) F/Lt Powierza KIA Shot down by German fighter over Ghent.
 10 Apr. Spitfire IX ML314 (JH-S) F/Sgt Slawski. Armed Recce. Shot down by flak. Pilot safe returned to the unit.
 12 Apr. Spitfire IX ML421 (JH-V) F/Sgt Pretkowski KIA Shot down by flak over Holland.
 4 May. Spitfire IX MJ138 (JH-U) F/Lt Szczerbinski KIA Shot down by flak near Wangerooge.
